Bail-out or Emergency Systems:

Designed for man-mounted or ejection seat life support for use in emergencies, commercial skydiving, or HALO applications, these systems provide constant flow delivery of oxygen metered through a precision flow controller.

Systems manufactured to this specification are typically used in military applications. Featuring a valve and hose assembly manufactured to M7560 standards, these units are “single use and overhaul”. Activation is accomplished by pulling a cable which shears a meticulously machined nipple to initiate oxygen flow. Units must be overhauled and charged prior to reuse. Systems are shipped fully charged and hazmat restrictions apply.

Features:
  • 22 cubic inch steel cylinder per MS26545
  • Constant flow
  • Capacity - 52 liters @ 2100 PSI
  • Weight approximately 2.5 lbs charged
  • Pressure gauge
  • Pull cable activation with safety mechanism
  • Precision flow controller
  • Silicone hose with M7560/1-20 connector (mates with AN6009 type, CRU-60/P, MC-3A)

These bail-out systems are designed with commercial applications in mind. Featuring the same precision flow controller and cylinder construction found in the MS22069 series, the pull cable mechanism has been replaced by an on/off rotary knob. Units can be recharged after use via integrated MS22066-3 fill port.
